Michael Teoh is the Founder-Strategist and Director of Thriving Talents, a company that consults and trains youth talents in organisations and universities to succeed in life and work. His company’s work in developing the leadership and entrepreneurial potentials of the Gen-Y workforce has been featured on CNN, BBC, the United Nations and the Malaysia Book of Records, whilst spreading their training footprints to 34 countries globally.
He has trained and consulted talents in Microsoft, Intel, Brother, Chatime, Felda Global Ventures, McMillan Woods and leaders from governments and NGOs.
He is also the youngest board member sitting on the boards of several public organizations and is serving his term as a member of the National Youth Consultative Council appointed by the Minister of Youth & Sports. He was involved with organising TEDxKL for the last 5 years in Malaysia. Last year, Michael was appointed as a Microsoft YouthSpark Global Advisor. In 2015, Michael was awarded the prestigious McMillan Woods Global Awards for ‘Emerging Leader in Talent Development & Personality of the Year’ alongside other notable award recipients like film legend Jackie Chan. Today, Michael is the co-author of Potential Matrix™, a fast-growing personal development book to unleash the potentials of people for success.
